A Decade of HIRO-BIRO — Now Restocked

We’re happy to share that STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE HIRO-BIRO and BITTER CHOCOLATE HIRO-BIRO are back in stock.

HIRO-BIRO was named after the wide-open landscapes of Hokkaido — inspired by the flowers that bloom across its vast fields and the feeling of nature stretching endlessly to the horizon.

Created to celebrate the opening of the ROKKATEI Sapporo Flagship Store, HIRO-BIRO marks its 10th anniversary this year. At our Southern California store, although we have only been open for six months, many customers have already discovered and fallen in love with this light and crispy treat.

HIRO-BIRO comes in two flavors — strawberry and dark chocolate. Each piece features delicate, flaky pie layers coated in smooth chocolate, offering a light texture and satisfying crunch in every bite.

• STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE HIRO-BIRO

Crunchy strawberry chocolate layered with crispy pie crust covered in gently sweet and tangy strawberry chocolate.

• BITTER CHOCOLATE HIRO-BIRO

Dark cocoa biscuits layered with crispy pie crust and covered in semi-sweet chocolate.
