Refund policy

Return Period

We accept returns and exchanges of unopened items within five days of the purchase date.

Return Conditions

*Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

*A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented at the time of return.

*Products with a shelf life of three days or less are not eligible for return or exchange.　

Refund Method

For purchases made with a credit card, refunds will be processed back to the original card.

Exchanges

If the product is defective, we will exchange it for the same item. If the item is out of stock, you may choose to exchange it for an item of equal value or receive a refund.
