Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping : 2–7 business days
Warm Weather Shipping (May–October)
For orders containing heat-sensitive items, products will be shipped separately from non-heat-sensitive items to help maintain product quality. Please note that the packages may be delivered separately and arrive on different dates.
- Heat-sensitive items: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)
- Non-heat-sensitive items: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (2–7 business days)
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
Scheduled Delivery
We are unable to accommodate specific delivery date requests. For estimated delivery timeframes, please refer to the Delivery Estimates section above.
Address Accuracy
ROKKATEI is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses (such as missing street numbers or incorrect ZIP codes).
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Product Condition & Shelf Life
ROKKATEI is not responsible for any deterioration in product quality or expiration resulting from carrier delays or delivery delays beyond our control.
To help maintain product quality during warmer months (May–October), heat-sensitive items will be shipped with temperature-protected packaging. Additional packaging costs are included in the shipping fee.
Please monitor the shipment status and retrieve your package promptly upon delivery. After arrival, we recommend storing heat-sensitive items in a cool location below 77°F.
Damages or Lost Packages
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and contents as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or includes incorrect products, please contact us at info@rokkatei.us within 24 hours of delivery.
