A Sweet Little Egg Hunt

Easter is just around the corner, and we found ourselves enjoying a little “egg hunt” right here in our shop.

What we discovered was one of our most popular treats — WHITE CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES.

With their soft, rounded shape, don’t they almost look like tiny eggs?

Inside the smooth white chocolate is a freeze-dried strawberry.

To create the perfect balance, we carefully select a variety known for its gentle, refreshing tartness — a flavor that pairs beautifully with the rich, milky sweetness of the chocolate.

Even the thickness of the chocolate coating is adjusted with care, down to the smallest detail, to achieve just the right harmony between sweetness and acidity.
