Hello!
It has now been eight months since we opened our very first overseas store at Victoria Gardens in Southern California.
Since opening day, we have welcomed so many customers, and we are truly grateful for all of the support and kindness we have received.
Of course, many visitors already knew ROKKATEI from Japan. But it has also been especially heartwarming to see local customers discover our sweets for the very first time and continue coming back to visit us. Every time we see that, we feel thankful that we were able to open our store here.

”Such a nice little addition to Victoria Gardens. I was really excited to see Rokkatei finally open, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The inside was super clean and had a calm, minimalist vibe. It just felt really nice to be in there. The staff was really friendly and welcoming...”
”The staff is super friendly and they answer all your questions in such a polite way it makes the experience so much better. They have a little seating area inside if you can’t wait to go home and try them like me! LoL! I also tried their coffee which was a medium roast and went perfectly with my shortbread cookie...”
”My mom and I swung by for their morning special: they give out free madeleine samples and 5oz coffees from Mon–Thurs, 10:30 AM to 12 PM. It’s the perfect spot to grab a gift or a little pick-me-up for yourself. Definitely stop by! The owner is really sweet.”

”Went to pick up some sweets for my girlfriend for Valentine's day. The shop had a really cute interior and extremely friendly staff - the woman behind the counter offered me samples of the items I was buying without me asking and was genuinely interested in helping me find everything I needed. Overall wonderful experience :)”
