Summer has truly arrived in Rancho Cucamonga, where our Southern California store is located. With more and more days reaching over 100°F, many customers have been asking us the same question:
"Do you have iced coffee?"
We're happy to say that the answer is now yes.
Our ROKKATEI ORIGINAL BLEND COFFEE is now available as a refreshing iced coffee, carefully brewed to pair perfectly with our sweets.
A Coffee Created for ROKKATEI Sweets
Many of our stores in Hokkaido feature a café space called a Kissashitsu, where guests can relax and enjoy freshly prepared desserts and coffee.
The coffee served there for many years is the very same original blend we now offer in Southern California.
Our blend combines carefully selected beans from Brazil, Colombia, and El Salvador. Roasted to a City Roast—an early stage of dark roasting—it offers a balanced harmony of gentle acidity, pleasant bitterness, subtle sweetness, and a rich aroma.
Most importantly, it was created to complement ROKKATEI sweets. Its clean finish pairs especially well with our MARUSEI BUTTER COOKIE SANDWICH, balancing its rich buttery flavor and leaving a refreshing finish.

Brewing Guide
Hot Coffee
Makes 2–3 mugs
- Coffee: 50 g (about 1.8 oz)
- Water: 600 ml
Makes 5–6 mugs
- Coffee: 100 g (one bag / about 3.5 oz)
- Water: 1,600 ml
Cold Brew
Place the ground coffee into a cold brew filter or coffee bag, add cold water, and refrigerate for 12–16 hours.
For the best flavor, we recommend using 13–15 parts water to 1 part coffee.
